Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. Mike was very pleasant to work with and kept me up to date on the status of my car throughout its time in the shop. Thanks guys! -- Connie B.

I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. My Audi loves them. Brown Motor Works is the best; their customer service is top notch. Trent was my service advisor and he was fantastic. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle and they really pushed to get it done by the time I needed. I have nothing but praise.

My experience at Brown Motors was pleasant, and friendly as a matter of fact Brown Motors treated us like family. Brown Motors took great care of our baby aka car. She drives like when we first drove her off the lot thanks Brown Motors. I highly recommend Brown Motors to all my family and friends.

My experience with Brown Motor Works was phenomenal. It was professionalism from beginning to the finish. They assessed my vehicle, located the issue, and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. They provided me with a dependable loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed; so I never skipped a beat travelling back and forth to work. Communication was lacking. I had an appt when I showed up there was no record of it. But got in. The work seemed to be very good

My vehicle was diagnosed to identify all issues. I was sent a link to approve all repairs I wanted completed. Trenton was excellent! He corresponded with me and also told me about the snap program to assist if you needed loan assistance! Browns is my forever home for my car repairs and I highly recommend them to anyone! Only downer was my vehicle was left outside a unsecured gate to be picked up. With the raising crime rate this could have resulted in an insurance claim.

Everything from the first phone call to get car towed … car repairs… car estimates… words are not enough to say how my I appreciate everyone at BMW.. Shot out to David he is for sure an asset to the company very profesional, very informative and very friendly…
