Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Trent up front was very nice and explained everything to me. Answered all my questions. Diagnostic was very helpful in determining what I need to get fixed.

Very professional establishment, polite well dressed employees, thorough diagnosis of my issue and a written analysis of what they found (with pictures) with pricing and from there it was my choice as to what work I wanted to have completed! Very pleased and recommend this company

The car was in for work that should only have taken a couple of hours but they had my car for a week. Couldnt get anyone on the phone so I had to stop by to get an update. The car was in the same place they moved it to the day I dropped it off. They jumped on it immediately after pointing this out and got the vehicle back to me. I understand it was during the holidays and they were very busy. The work was solid and priced fairly. No complaints there at all. The staff was very nice and apologized for the delays. Giving 4 stars despite the delays because they do such good work.

I had brakes and rotors replaced as well as tires balanced and oil changed. BMW was transparent about the work and did not push any unnecessary updates or additional maintenance that was not needed. They were meticulous in ensuring quality control with their work. I highly recommend them as an option for your Euro Luxery Cars. They even washed the car as well!
