Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Consistently great service. My estimate was clear and not more than the dealer. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the service manager was attentive. I appreciate the loaner and you all should get a second car.

We broke down on a trip from Raleigh to Atlanta car was in limp mode. We got the car off 20 and to browns. We were stressed out to say the least. David Kensek was at the front desk. He put us at ease and got out car in the shop, explained everything to us, gave us our options. They took the Porsche in determined the rear speed sensor was bad. Josh Childers found the part we needed had it there in 30 minutes. The part was not available anywhere but he found one. Car was repaired quickly, correctly, and professionally. I have owned many many cars and I have never received the customer service I received at brown’s. It was amazing. If I lived in Columbia browns is the only place I would take my German car. Thank you again to David and Josh for everything they did to help us.

BMW done an excellent job on making repairs to my sunroof leaking problem. Exceptional service by technicians and great interaction with customer service. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
