Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Brought my car in, although the service was thorough, I originally left unsatisfied due to the customer service and lack of communication. I left my crossover to have brakes and rotors replaced and was informed that my vehicle would be ready the same day if i was at the shop at 7:30 am so that my parts are ordered by 9 am. Well i was there at 7:30 and i did not get my vehicle until the next day. I had to miss 1 day of my 3 days work conference. After i called a made a complaint. My bill was adjusted. So far my vehicle is running fine but i would have liked to know the turnaround tume upfront instead of being told a part did not arrived on time.

I came in for an oil change. It took a little while, but really, it’s because I came in during a pretty busy time, and didn’t have a ride home, so I waited. Wasn’t much more than a couple hours. The shop clearly did the work, and my engine was full of oil. Believe it or not, BMW of Columbia didn’t do even that.🙃
