Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. Mike was very pleasant to work with and kept me up to date on the status of my car throughout its time in the shop. Thanks guys! -- Connie B.

I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. This facility is a rip off and had the audacity to leave a review in my name!!! My vehicle was serviced there and they said they fixed the issue. Yeah, long enough to work for a week and the same thing happened but even worse. I had to have my car towed to their facility AFTER they SI called fixed it and then once there they tried to charge me another 3k after already charging that the first time for the same thing!!!! I had my vehicle removed (TOWED) away from them and had another facility fix it, only to find out theyBROWNS should have had my car pressure tested for the services they provided the first time!! Instead of being honest and saying we will fix it free of charge because it’s back for the same thing, they wanted to charge me again!!! They other facility that fixed my car charged less than half to fix what Browns didn’t!!!! Their facility on Broadriver road is SOOOO much better I had been going to them for years (THE SAME VEHICLE) with no problems!!!!! I have a BMW and my wife a MERCEDES and I will never take any car or truck I own to them. Beware people.

Never ceases to amaze me how well this shop is put together and maintained!!! I want to thank thank Josh, Art and John for their expertise and Professionalism. I also want to Kyle for the great job he did on my alignment. Thank you Brown Motor Work's Crew. You guys never disappoint.

Highly recommend! It is so hard to find great service today, but you can find it here. Browns is professional and honest. We will continue to service our cars here. Two of our cars were serviced and we appreciate this business for taking care of us.

The people at BMW shop on Clemson rd in Northeast Columbia are a wonderful group of professionals. They were very accommodating in every customer friendly manner. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the mechanic shop area. They took good care of my car. And when I received the bill for my many repairs, I still had money in the bank. Thank you BMW, I will be back!!
