Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I was greeted promptly by a warm, kind smile by Mr.Griffin! He definitely made sure that I was taken care of. He explained everything to me from start to finish, and was so professional and understanding. I was shocked to find out that they would pay for an Uber to take me home! He also explained thoroughly about the financing option that was available. Customers are also sent an thorough vehicle inspection report to their cell phones, which includes a detail work up of your vehicle, recommendations, and a photo and name of the mechanic who worked on your vehicle. Everyone I talked to was extremely kind and professional. I am very thankful for finding this one of a kind luxury car mechanic shop.

I had my 2000 VW Passat diagnosed by them recently and I'm pretty impressed on the work that took place. Alongside diagnosing the complaints on the vehicle, they also do a complementary inspection. Everything gets documented and pictures along with descriptions are sent to you for each problem and potential problem they find. This means you get evidence based diagnostics. Once the diagnosis is complete, you may even sit down with the advisor/technician to discuss further the results if something isn't clear or want a deeper understanding of the issue. Overall, I have found BMW to be customer centric (you are treated with respect and they provide amenities to customers (such as loaner vehicles or Uber amongst other services)) and transparent to their customers. It would definitely be worth your time to at least speak with them. You can even see without this review, they already have a highly satisfied customer base from the Google reviews before mine.

Overall Good service, notification of my vehicle status services could have been given earlier so I could have picked up my vehicle before the shop closed. No complimentary car wash completed.

Once again Keith and the servicemen provided outstanding service in a timely fashion. Brought my new - for me car - and was treated to a through inspection and found a few issues I didn't even know were wrong. I spoke with Keith about my diesel and not knowing everything about adding the additive, Keith took the time to explain the process and gave me a few pointers the owners manual failed to disclose.
