Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Always prompt and proffesional with a detailed explanation of the issue and the repair. Price is always fair and the work is done by expert mechanics in a state of the art facility. My Mercedes has 345,000 miles and counting thanks to Keith and the crew.

Review by Keith Gaines: These guys are first rate! I brought in my Porsche 944 because there was a whining sound coming from the front of the engine. Keith (the owner) came out and in less than 10 seconds diagnosed the problem. Apparently an, internal balance belt installed by a different shop had been put on too tightly (a common problem with shops that don't understand Porsches). I dropped off the car a couple of days later, picked up my free loaner, and within 48 hours the problem was corrected along with the proper completion some much needed maintenance. Great job BMW Motors. I'll be back!
