Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. BMW has always been a great place to take your car for service. Took my car in and the service, and the work was done in a timely manner and was not expensive. I would recommend this place to anyone that is having a problem with your vehicle.

I spent 6 months looking for a service technician / business that I can trust and would perform quality work on my Mercedes GLK 350 and Audi A4 1.8T. I have been going to Brown Motor Works for the past 2.5 years. Excellent staff and the service techs and manager provide me with current updates during any service work being performed on my cars. They never disappoint.

Keith and his team at Brown Motor Works were very thorough in checking over my 2007 335i coupe. They found several issues with it and offered a break down of pictures and pricing, and even had the option to schedule an appointment to fix the issues. The loaner car provided was great and his team members were friendly to work with.

As always Keith and the servicemen provided outstanding service in a timely fashion. Always willing to work with the customer Keith and his servicemen were able to work around MY schedule. They got me in and completed services in extremely timely fashion and cause me little disruption to my day. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

I stopped to see when I could bring my Z4 in for a new headlight. Marcus and Keith asked if I had 45 minutes and they’d get it done now. 25 minutes later I was out the door and the cost was a little less than the last headlight I had replaced. Nice job guys thanks 👍
