Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Brown Motor Works has excellent customer service.The first time I took my car there for a noise in the wheel they inspect the entire car, With pictures to show me what was needed. They talk me though the whole process. I was very excited to do business with this company.

They do phenomenal work. They have a a top to bottom check up that is probably the best $140 I have ever spent on a car. They found some details on things I would have never known about until I would have had to have it towed.

I called Brown Motor Works just before the Christmas holiday and they explained they had a lot of work that they were trying to get completed before the 23rd. Keith told me if I could get the car in the shop on the 19th they would try to get it out as soon as possible. They under promised but over delivered. I got my car back within 26 hours and we had our vehicle ready to travel out of town for Christmas. Outstanding service and customer care.
