Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I stopped to see when I could bring my Z4 in for a new headlight. Marcus and Keith asked if I had 45 minutes and they’d get it done now. 25 minutes later I was out the door and the cost was a little less than the last headlight I had replaced. Nice job guys thanks 👍

All the above are true....any time I have a problem, they ar . More than helpful and professional. They always keep me abreast of how my car is doing when at their shop. So appreciate all they do.

Exceptional service was provided for the maintenance on my M-B S550 for a lower price compared to dealership. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Will definitely be returning to have my future services and maintenance performed.

As the Used Car Service Manager at McDaniels Auto Group, I get the chance to send a few vehicles to service departments that specialize in assuring they meet our standards. In this case, I sent one to Brown Motor Works. Marcus is the Service Advisor with whom I had the pleasure to work. He provided me with the estimate that same day (Friday); informed me that the parts were on order; and that the vehicle would be done on Monday - provided he received the parts as promised. I received texts and emails throughout those days, advising me of the repair status - including one that informed me that the vehicle was ready! Promised Monday afternoon - Delivered Monday afternoon! His demeanor and graciousness to serve is second to none. I drop off my 2001 Jaguar XK8 to have repairs done. I’ve had this car since I purchased it new back in 2001. It had several different problems that needed fixing and believe it or not the Jaguar dealership in Columbia didn’t even want to take it in for the repairs. The repairs where to time consuming for them. I have the car back now from Brown Motors and was extremely satisfied with the repairs. I’ve kept good care of this car and plan to give it to my grandson when he gets old enough. The car only has 78,000 miles on it and still looks like new. A very special thanks to Brown Motors for making everything work the way it’s supposed to... I was given a price of what it would take for all the repairs and they stuck with the quote and even guaranteed all their work for 3 years. I can’t get that from a dealership so yes Im very please. This is my first complete year with this particular group. To be honest I do not like the amount of money I spent on car repairs but (it’s a BMW), the few things that took the sting out of the whole experience is that ALL of the staff are professional, personable people. And, very Very accommodating with schedule. Rental car services is great.
