Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. They are busy because they are good and worth the wait. Free loaner provided. Great communication throughout the process. No surprises. I will continue to use them and send referrals.

I have been going to Brown Motor Works since 2017. I have an Audi A4 and a GLK 350, they are more customer service focused than the Audi and Mercedes Dealerships and their maintenance price is far more reasonable. Great customer service and excellent mechanical work.

Brown Motor Works is the best repair shop in Columbia. You can trust your MB with them , and they will complete the work on time. Keith is first-class; if you have a question about your car and what is needed, just ask him.

Brown Motor Works goes out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care. The management is very professional and knowledgeable about your car. The service has been great and I am very satisfied with the service I received. The services are very reasonable compared to car dealerships. I highly recommend Brown Motor Works.
