Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I love Browns motor works. They truly take care of your care and care very much about keeping up with the care of your car. They make a way to fit you into a schedule that works well for everyone. They send detailed pictures and updates on your car as the work is being done. I have never had any place treat me and my car as we were their number one and only top priority. You can’t beat Browns

The owner Keith personally called me back when I called in to make an appointment for service for my BMW. He was nice, professional, and personable on the phone. Mr. John was also professional and courteous at the front desk. Mr. Art was my Representative. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He kept me informed via emails and phone calls. Photos of my car was sent to me via email to show the parts while describing what was going on with my vehicle. I was given a loaner car, which is an valuable perk, and my car was washed afterwards. I appreciate all phases of my service experience on this visit. Look forward to bringing my car in again for more services.

The service technician and management team were awesome to deal with. The Brown Motor Works team were extremely helpful and explained each step of the inspection process and repairs that were required. The cost for repairs were economical and reasonable. The inspection report keeps you up to date on every aspect of inspections services performed as well the upfront cost of any needed repairs. I would recommend Brown Motor Works to friends and family.
