Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I took my 2008 jaguar xk to Import Specialists where they attempted to take me for a ride ,cost me a total of $300 and they wanted another 700 to explore not happening, so i got my car towed to Browns Motor Works where they Ran a diagnostic test, found the problem and repair it with the bill of $180.00 ! Keith i will be back soon for the minor work we talked about! I'll never go anywhere else, thank you!

These folks are the greatest. I took my Mercedes in for some work, was given the best price in town, and, the job was done right and on time. Need a loaner? They have one for you. They will give you the best service at the best price.

BMW came highly recommended on a social media networking page for Columbia, SC. I called and scheduled an appointment with Art and he was so professional and pleasant on the phone. When I came in, John was personable and efficient. I will absolutely entrust BMW to meet my future automotive needs. They really take care of you and are reasonably priced. They also are diligent in applying any coupons or discounts they may offer.

Got my Brakes done on my Audi A8. Price was a little steep but I did pay $1100 less than the dealership wanted to charge. So I’m not complaining. Also I am active duty military and they gave me a 25 dollar off discount. Very professional and service was great.

Brown Motor Works on Clemson Rd have excellent staff and mechanics. They go over and beyond to make sure my 2011 BMW is still running like brand new at a reasonable cost.
