Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. This is only my second visit but I am hooked. I do have to go to the dealership for somethings under my warranty. However anything else will be done here. My actual appointment was one week from the day I showed up. Once you become a customer there you get assigned a person to deal with. Josh is my guy he informed me of my mistake, (I should have known I usually get a reminder text a couple of days prior to any appointment) But all was not lost he said let me please see what I can do.! Got a call back saying they were gonna do it anyways and I got my usual breakdown of cost and my approval required to do the work. Professional, accurate and Completed as if I came on the correct day.❤️

Conducted detailed and well documented repair needs from striking a deep pot hole. Determined that the extensive suspension parts replacement identified by an out of state dealership were not needed. Saved me thousands of dollars.
