Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I would highly recommend Brown Motor Works. My car had multiple issues and they stayed in constant contact while figuring out what was wrong, ordering parts and finishing up the job. The staff was friendly and professional and I felt like me, and more importantly my car, were in good hands.

I called about in oil change they got me right in quickly for an appointment and while there they were nice and very professional the waiting area and restroom was very clean. The service was affordable and they washed and vacuumed my car. Great experience I would recommend them to others and will utilize their services again when needed.😊

The team did a diagnostic on the car to see what problems that I might’ve had and looked at the know concerns I told them about. Everyone was very friendly throughout my visit. They kept me updated on what was happening during the day. I truly appreciate the list of what was getting done and I could choose which concerns needed to be addressed now after talking with a person. Once I got the car back, I could tell a difference compared what it was running before the concerns. I highly recommend Brown Motor Works for someone that has a foreign vehicle. Very polite, keeps you updated and takes pride in the service that they provide.
