Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Only problem I had was I had an appointment to bring the car in at 7:30 and the car didn’t get seen until the next day

My dad did not know what was wrong with his 2012 Mercedes just would not start after supposedly getting a new battery. Browns communicated well with updates and whatever they were doing to solve the problem. Excellent Service. I did not have to keep contacting them as if avoiding or prolonging. My dad is very satisfied.
