Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Mr. Josh Childers is an amazing service manager! Not only is he knowledgeable about the services that his company provides, he makes sure the work is done correctly. On top of this he offered me a loaner car so I would not have to wait in the waiting room. Needless to say when I picked up my car I also attempted to offer Mr. Childers a job at my business. It is rare to find people with such drive, knowledge and passion. The job offer still stands!

I learned about BMW from a family member and personal friend. They both raved about the service and attention they received so I tried them…..I was not disappointed! BMW provided exceptional service! The team was very personable, transparent and courteous. They completed the work timely, kept me informed and even cleaned my vehicle before returning!…..I will start taking all my vehicles to BMW going forward .

They found and repaired my coolant leak in the same day I brought it in when the bmw dealership had it for two separate occasions for over two weeks and couldn’t fix it. 10/10 recommend brown motor works.

art and the team at Brown Motor Works did an amazing job replacing our cars auxiliary battery. The staff was friendly and professional and had me out of there in less than two hours. I recommend them to any car owner!
