Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Kieth I want to Thank you & all of your crew from the front office to the shop guys. Your a lucky man to have such a great group working for you. I used BMW Brown Motor Works for my third time & I was very pleased with the service once again. I had an issue that started from the time of my first repair completion I reported it to Kieth at that time, however didn’t get the car back to them until yesterday several months after first repair completion. It turned out to be a simple adjustment and was at a No Charge, yet I was given a free exterior wash. I was pleasantly surprised. I was remembered by my last name (pronounced accurately!!) and greeted very professionally yet with a very warm personable greeting at the same time. I love these guys would recommend they to everyone!!! Have an awesome year to all of you guys/gals at BMW Brown Motor Works👍👍👍👍👍👍

I took my Mercedes to Brown’s Motor Works because it was having suspension problems and I must say they did an outstanding job of repairing it. And they did it for a very good price comparable to other high end shops. Keith was very nice and upfront about my vehicle. He didn’t give me the run around I felt like he cared. I will be bringing my Lexus also when it needs servicing and I have been recommending them to all my friends. They do an excellent job!
