Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. BMW always provides extraordinary customer care -a rarity in today’s business. I feel valued when I take my car to BMW. They have fixed so many issues on my car (several that even NISSAN in Dallas couldn’t). I also appreciate their follow up.

After relocating from the west coast I needed to find a service shop that was reputable for my foreign cars. My co-worker referred Brown Motor Works (BMW). The facility is well maintained and the staff is courteous and professional. They accepted my car, and kept me abreast of the workflow via text and email. In addition, I needed a ride home and was offered Uber transportation at no cost.

Brown Motor Works on Clemson Road is the best mechanic service in Columbia. I've used Brown's upon moving back to Columbia SC. The workers from the front office to the mechanics that handle my car are the most knowledgeable about my vehicle. If you need a loaner they will supply if needed and if they don't have a loaner then a uber will take you where you need to go. Don't pass up on Brown Motor Works because if you do you will miss out on the great service.
