Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Brown fixed my 01 jaguar s-type with no problem! Before I brought it to Browns 1 dealer told me it was 1 problem and they couldn’t fix it and when Browns got it they fixed it and what the other dealer said wasn’t the problem! I highly recommend BMW to all my friends and family

Diagnosed and repaired problems very fast! Did a complete, thorough evaluation of the whole car, with detailed analysis, cost, and photos. Professional and courteous staff. Highly recommend. Will definitely be a return customer.

Transmission Issues Recently, my BMW's transmission began to shift roughly. The local dealer, who had work on my car for 8 years, told me my only option was a new transmission ($7000). Thankfully, I took it to Brown's for a 2nd option. Based on Brown's recommendation, I went with the less expensive option of replacing Mechatronics components. The transmission runs like new. Going forward, I will have all my work done at Brown's.

BMW always provides extraordinary customer care -a rarity in today’s business. I feel valued when I take my car to BMW. They have fixed so many issues on my car (several that even NISSAN in Dallas couldn’t). I also appreciate their follow up.
