Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Simple problem with a fuse cost me a lot but saved me hundreds. Car was repaired ,ready and cleaned within a day although it rained😐. Keith and Marcus were on point, intend to use their service in the future.👍🏾

Exceptional Service! I was quite surprised when I walked into the shop and Keith remembered me from a previous vehicle being serviced at their previous location. The experience as a returning customer was second to none. The details of the service needed were very clear and concise..told me what needed to be done now and what was needed at a later date. I really appreciate this honesty as it is hard to find when it comes to car repair and makes you feel like a valued customer. The services were done timely and perfectly. I am so pleased with this company!!! They offered and rendered exceptional service. They are upfront and honest! Cant beat that. I'd take my vehicles back to them anytime. I was greeted my Marcus with dignity and respect day one. Upon picking up my car, Keith came out and introduced himself just so I could put a face with his name. That's not just business but they made it personal. I'd recommend this place over the Jaguar dealership anyday!
