Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I brought my vehicle in for a post purchase inspection. My vehicle was operating very well other than the horn and intermittent wipers not working. Brown Motor Works did a thorough inspection and detailing everything in writing and pictures that needed to be repaired, suggested to be repaired and items that needed no attention. All repairs were also presented with approximate costs which was a good surprise. The gentleman that completed the inspection also explained every item on the list. My only complaint is that I initially brought my vehicle in because the horn and intermittent wipers weren't working and on the checklist it stated that they were checked and in working order. I was disappointed at this because they were and are not working. I learned a while ago that there's no need to pay attention to to large details if you don't pay attention to the smaller details. With that being said, because of their professionalism and customer service, I'm sure I'll still use them, and would recommend them. I'll just keep a closer eye on what they say they've done. A good experience overall.

I've used Mercedes for my 2018 GLE63 AMG since purchase in 2018. Somewhat nervous to let anyone else touch it. The folks at Brown's made me feel comfortable, gave a wonderful price for the same work as Mercedes. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready as promised, same day. I'm not one to complain, but after spending nearly $5,000 for my wife's car to be safe to drive it shouldn't be vibrating at the speed of 45 and still need front brakes pads on it. I don't seem to understand that.

Brown Motor Works did an amazing job on servicing my vehicle. I definitely recommend that if you have a foreign car, this is the place for your vehicle. They also give me up too 3year warranty behind anything that they did. The team was very professional and quick with the job and response if I had any questions. Thank you!!
