Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I had a major maintenance done and expected it might take more than one day. I was provided a loaner car as soon as I checked in and my car was ready the same day. Excellent service as always!

Truly professional operation. I wouldn't trust my BMW's and mercedes to just anyone! Best independent shop in Columbia.

They did a good job and the price was what they said it would be. Gave me a loaner car too. Compared to the dealer, it's your only option.

We wanted to get our BMW checked for missed or potential warranty work that needed to be completed. The service was great and the people who we worked with were all pleasant. They found some things that needed to be fixed by BMW prior to warranty expiration. This was the best value we have come across in a long time. Thanks for the service.

After many disappointing trips to the Mercedes dealer, where noted probloems were not solved, I took my Mercedes to Brown to have it serviced. Unlike the dealer, Brown accepted my car for service immediately, and delivered it with all noted problems corrected and the required maintenance completed after only 1/2 day. Excellent Service!.

I brought my S 430 for a brake check and oil change. Could not have been more pleased with every aspect of my experience. I recommend Brown Motor Werks without reservation.
