Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. My air conditioner stopped working during our 100 plus degree days. Brown motor not only repaired my vehicle within 24 hours, but also let me use a loaner car that really made my hot situation bearable. Thank you so much Tony for your help and wonderful customer service. I will be back, but hopefull not to soon.

I was traveling through Columbia from Charlotte and what I thought was my alternator went out. My husband called ahead to Brown and spoke with Bart. Within 10 minutes of pulling up I knew what was actually wrong with my car, had a rental company on the way and an estimate of time and cost. These guys were amazingly attentive and made sure they had me back on the road the same day! Thank you Tony, Bart and everyone who took care of me and my car! I wish I lived closer so they could be my regular mechanics!

BMW handled efficiently the issues I was having with my older model Volvo. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated. Good folks!!

My 85 380SL gets all service @ BMW

I brought my '06 Volvo in for a problem with the oil pressure. Bart and his crew were great, getting to the car in a reasonable time. After the 28 point inspection, they called me with the results and highlighted some minor maintenance items that would be needed in the near future, though the original issue would not present itself anymore. After voicing some concerns, they kept the car another night and did a few more checks just to be sure. No issues with the car since, but the service and people were great. Would definitely bring my car back for future work. Thanks, guys.

I called to price a vehicle check, and one of the service agents quoted me a lower price. After checking a second time, they realized that they misquoted me, but they honored the first quote. Just a small sign of their professionalism, would definitely come back again!

ather than once more taking my car to the MB dealer and paying a high charge on something that had already broben 3 times before, I had the car delivered to Browns. After patiently working through all the systems, during which they regularly called me to brief me on their progress, Brown finally got the problems corrected. Brown stands by their work and provided me with a warranty for their work. Hats off to Brown for superlative service.
