Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Brown Motor Works did a fantastic job on the work on my 2010 BMW 328i. It is the only place I go for fast, reliable service. Everyone there makes you feel welcome. Tony and the guys at BMW took care of everything in an extremely timely manner. Great customer service. I felt like I was a long time customer, although this was my first time there. Thanks guys! You have a satisfied customer for a long time to come. Update: December 2018 Brown Motor Works have been servicing my car for over fours years now and I couldn’t be happier with them. They do top notch work & stand by their warranty! I certainly plan on being a customer for the foreseeable future. Thanks BMW and a happy and prosperous 2019! Update: March 2019 Another great experience with Keith and the team at BMWNE. Great customer care as usual. I think one of the worst indicators that could pop up on your dash is the “check engine” indicator. BMWNE got me right in and took care of the problem. And Travis is back! Tony - and the rest of the staff - was very nice. Treated me and my car with respect. And I was able to pick up my car that afternoon, which was fantastic. I had a minor issue - they had drained/replaced all the fluids - my coolant fluid level notification came on while driving home. I brought the car in the next morning, and they took it immediately and topped off the radiator for me. This is the first time I have taken the car anywhere besides the dealer since it was new - so the service and the way my car and I were treated was extremely important to me.
