Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Service was timely. Bart was very personable and easy to talk to. Also answered all my questions.

Great shop and the customer service is always great. My only complaint has to be the labor prices. I was charged $60 labor to change an air filter and $130 for an a/c check labor only. I recommend for any large repairs but for the smaller stuff take somewhere else.

I have been a Brown customer for over 9 years, first at the Irmo location, now at Clemson Rd. As always, extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. I wish my truck was not a domestic make so that I could take it to BMW!

Very nice and friendly staff. I loved how clean the place was also. Bart and Tony were super nice to me. The prices were a little high but the service was nothing short of great!

They did a great job as usual on my vehicle and there were no issues there. There was a slight scheduling issue though and they did have my vehicle for a day longer then expected. This ended up going throughout the weekend but lucky I did have one of their loner cars to keep me on the road. They are always very professional and do great work.

The inspection brought out issues I didn't know about. For that, I'm thankful and pleased with the man hours it took to fix my car and the knowledge of those who performed the maintenance. In addition, I was pleased to see my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. That was a nice surprise!

That was a nice surprise!The only complaint I'd have is I feel there was a lack of communication throughout the process. I was the one that had to call to check on my car after it was at the shop for 6 hours, at which time, I had not heard anything from any employee about the condition of my car. It was still under review, so I had to then call again 2-3 hours later when I felt someone should've called me. It was the same situation the next day as I waited a few hours for a call, but finally had to call the shop again for an update. After that, I was called with one status update and another call to say the car was ready for pickup. In addition to this, I was given two different prices for my car. The price should've been final when I was called with an estimate and all payment options explained in detail. Overall, I'm pleased with the work completed on my car. Thank you for the help.
