Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Had a most unique experience with a VW and I canmt say enough good things about Brown Motor Works. They worked with me for weeks on end and were extemly knowledgeable and professional. Although i did not have the work completed there I would have been 100% comfortable letting that team make some major repairs in my vehicle. A+ operation dedictaed fo customer service which is rare these days.

I had my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced on my 2013 BMW 335 XI at another repair facility because I was experiencing brake shudder in my steering wheel and a pulsing in my brake pedal. After having those services performed, I was still experiencing the problem. I brought my vehicle to Brown Motor Works on Clemson Road and the technician diagnosed the problem as being defective control arms. The control arms were replaced in a timely manner and at this time it feels as though the problem has finally been corrected.

I used the early drop off box, left my keys and they called me around 2pm to let me know everything was completed! I got a nice complimentary car wash and text message to show my truck and what services were performed. When I picked up my truck the guy in the office was super friendly and even gave me a cozy! I will be bringing my Range Rover back for all services!

They are BETTER then the BMW DEALERSHIP with prices,Customer service,Even the breakdown of what’s wrong with your vehicle is more understanding then the BMW DEALERSHIP, And they stand behind their work, not only will I be taking my car back there for maintenance but also a car wash lol thank you guys again
