Always have a positive experience except for the paying part. The employees are always professional and friendly.
1. Courtesy transportation should be utlilized for the customers, especially if an account for over $6,500 was paid in full at completion of work..
2. Oil change sticker not consistently applied on window for customer's reminder (this has happened on another occasionbesides this one).
3. Customer should be notified when the promise date of completion is not met. The customer should not have to call to find out the status on the progress of the repairs.
The work is satisfactory but customer service could be improved upon in order to maintain satisfied customers. I am big on customer satisfaction!
I started using Brown Motor works because of location convenience with work, but have really been pleased with their explanation of work needed and their pricing is comparable to other places I have been. The only suggestion I have would be to notify the customer if the expected time of completion is running behind. If parts are late, etc, that is understandable, but notification of the delay would be appreciated. On two separate service appointments the work was delayed, but I was not informed until I called.
I have seen positive reviews for Brown's and heard good things about them from friends since buying my 2005 Z4 back in 2007. I've always sworn by taking my vehicles to the dealership unless I did the work myself. I'm glad I decided to take the car to Brown's after my last few experiences at the dealer didn't go well. Brown's found several issues that the dealer never told me needed to be addressed--for the past several years! They are not inexpensive but you definitely don't want "cheap" when it comes to servicing a BMW. Thanks!

Outstanding job! Courtesy NISSAN in Dallas charged me over $3000 to "fix" a check engine light that has been on for 2 years. Brown motor works got the job done in 3 days! Love it!! And when a hose needed attention 2 weeks later, they fixed it without charge! Thank you Brown Motor Works! Y'all are THE BEST!
The service was excellent and so quick. Thank you so much. The staff was friendly. My problem was the fact that I scheduled an online appointment, but when I arrived at Brown Motor Works, nobody was aware of my appointment. This is odd considering I received two confirmation e-mails, both of which I have saved. Despite this, the service was excellent.
